Individual therapy is about you getting what you need to live the life you created for yourself. It's about us as the therapist, helping you find the tools to not only exist but live. You didn't make it this far by happenstance, it was because of resiliency, determination, and fight. During the process of individual therapy, you will be able to see that clearly, while also gaining the ability to believe it.
You will learn how our thoughts shape our reactions and behaviors and tools that support you being the best version of yourself. Individual therapy is beneficial in helping you navigate through some of life’s most difficult challenges successfully and with your needs in mind.
