Meet Raychelle
A lot of what you are facing today is a result of past experiences.
I am a licensed counselor, passionate about working with women who are ready to change the relationship they have with themselves and others.
I specialize in helping you understand the link between past experiences and how the effects of those experiences, are showing up currently, camouflaged as headaches, stomach issues, self-doubt, hopelessness, excessive worry, overthinking, fear or feeling inadequate.
My approach to counseling is motivational, practical and straightforward, allowing you to feel seen, heard and understand that all parts of you will be accepted during our therapy session.
I love working with women who are motivated, open-minded and committed to this process, even if they're a little nervous about it at first. These are the individuals who often see the most progress from our work together.
